Awesome body weight workout! – FREE Workout Routine

This is a simple yet challenging workout you could do anywhere.
Warm-up
Jumping jacks x15
Squat jumps x15
High knees x30
Butt kickers x30

Workout 5 rounds
**Equipment needed** Nothing

Squats x20
Jumping Lunges x20
Push-ups x10
Floor dips x20
Burpees x10

Break 1 minute (Get water!)

Repeat 5 times.

Stretch
