Workout Gym HIIT – FREE Workout Routine

Warm-up
-Straight Arm Jacks x10/3 sets
-Wide feet in/outs x10/3 sets
-Pogo feet jumps x10/3 sets
-Lunge Walks 30ft. 4 sets
-Side shuffles 30ft. 4 sets
-Carioca 30ft. 4 sets
-Arm circles forward x 20
-Arm circles back x 20

Workout HIIT 45/15secs x 4 rounds (45 sec working out/15 sec rest)
**Equipment needed** Kettlebell, Dumbbells, Battle ropes, and Predator sled
-Kettlebell Swings
-Kettlebell single leg deadlifts
-Dumbbell Thrusters
-Dumbbell Clean
-Battle rope waves
-Push-ups
-Predator sled pulls
-Predator sled rope pulls
