Cardio & Core – FREE Workout Routine

This workout involves working your core and getting some cardio in at the same time.

Warm-up
Knee to chest x20
Heel to butt x20
Forward lunges x20
High kicks x20
High knees x40
Butt kickers x40
Side shuffles 30ft x2
Carioca 30ft. x2
Squats x15
Push ups x10

Workout 2min cardio + core work
**Equipment needed** Elliptical and mat for core work.

2:00 minutes on the Elliptical Level 3**
-Crunches until failure
2:00 minutes on the Elliptical Level 5**
-Bicycle crunches until failure
2:00 minutes on the Elliptical Level 7**
-Dead-bug core exercise until failure
2:00 minutes on the elliptical Level 9**
-Plank hip dips Until Failure
3-4 minutes on the Elliptical Level 15**

Stretch

**Notes** Always match the speed you are at while on the lowest level difficulty. For instance, If you are on level 3 and are going 6.0mph, as you increase in intensity try to maintain the 6.0mph speed. Push yourself and FOCUS!
