I know it’s the day after Memorial day, but Murph lives on! If you don’t know Murph you will. Try it and enjoy it! good luck!

Warm up
None

Workout
**Equipment Needed** Pull up bar
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Oh! if that’s not enough… This is all done in a 20 lbs. vest Have fun!

Stretch

**You can do it without the weighted vest if you want.
