Warm up
Knee to chest x15
Heel to butt x15
Lunges x15
High Kicks x15
High knees x15
Butt Kickers x15
Side Shuffles x15
Carioca x15

Workout HIIT 45 seconds working out/15 seconds rest, 4 rounds
**Equipment Needed** Kettlebell, Pull up bar, Ab mat, and Medicine/Slam ball
Kettlebell Deadlift
Kettlebell sumo squats
Slamball
Superman (Core Workout)
Leg raises
Pull ups

Stretch
