Back strength- FREE Workout Routine

Warm up
10 min treadmill

**Equipment needed** Cable Machine, Lat pull down, pull up bar, Rower, and ez curl bar

5 sets of Bicep curls x10 with ez curl bar.
5 sets of cable one arm rows x5 each arm.
5 sets of pull ups x10
5 sets of lat pull downs x10
5 sets of bent over rows x10 with ez curl bar.
500m on Rower.
