Easy 6-pack abs – FREE Workout Routine

Warm up
3 sets of Jumping jacks x 10
3 sets of Jumping knee tucks x 10
2 sets of High knees for 30 secs
2 sets of quick feet for 30 secs
2 sets of High kicks x 10
Air squats x 15
Push ups x 10

Workout 5 rounds.
**Equipment needed** None
Crunches x 10
Leg raises x 10
Plank x 20 secs

Rest 45 seconds.

Each round
Add 5 crunches and leg raises
Add 10 seconds to plank

Repeat for 5 rounds adding after each round.
