Fat loss workout! – FREE Workout Routine

Warm up
1 mile walk/jog or treadmill

Workout 25 minute AMRAP 20 reps each exercise then go to the next.
**Equipment Needed** None

Air Squats
Shoulder taps
Mountain Climbers
Squat Jumps
Push ups
Knee tucks

Take breaks when you need them. No longer than 45 seconds break.

Repeat until the time is up!

Don’t forget to stretch!
