Warm up

Treadmill jogging 10 minutes

Workout 45secs work/15secs rest x4

**Equipment Needed** Jump rope, Barbell, Kettlebell, Pull-ups, Battle Rope, Wall Ball, Cable machine, Bosu Ball, slam ball, and dumbbell.

Jump rope – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Barbell Shoulder press – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Kettlebell windmills – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Hanging knee tucks – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Battle rope plank waves – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Wall balls – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Cable triceps pull down Р45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Bosu V-ups – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Slamballs – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds

Dumbbell one arm farmer carry – 45 secs/rest 15 secs x4 rounds
