Home Workout #1

This is a home workout that you can do anywhere, no equipment needed. Please enjoy, and live the fit life. I’ll add more if people like these at home type workouts.

Warm up

High knees x 40

Butt Kickers x 40

Straight arm jacks x 40

Lunges x 40

Workout

**Equipment Needed** Nada

Squat jumps x10

Push ups x 10

Switch lunges x 10

Mountain climbers x 10 each leg

2 down 1 up squats x 10 each side

Plank march x 10 each side

Rest up to 1:00 minute

Repeat the exercises BUT, increase all the reps by 5 reps each time you complete it until failure on all the exercises.
