High knees x 40
Butt Kickers x 40
Straight arm jacks x 40
Lunges x 40
**Equipment Needed** Nada
Squat jumps x10
Push ups x 10
Switch lunges x 10
Mountain climbers x 10 each leg
2 down 1 up squats x 10 each side
Plank march x 10 each side
Rest up to 1:00 minute
Repeat the exercises BUT, increase all the reps by 5 reps each time you complete it until failure on all the exercises.
