7-Minute Workout

This workout is quick, but believe me you’re going to feel it. Enjoy, if you try it, let me know how you like it in the comments.

Warm up

Jump rope x 1 minute.

Workout – Do all the workouts back to back, no rests. (Unless needed)

**Equipment Needed** None, if you do jumping without a rope.

1:00 exercises

1a. Push ups

2a. Squat Jumps

3a. Burpee to Jumping knee tucks

No rest (Unless Needed)

45 second exercises

1b. Jump rope

2b. Push ups

3b. Squat Jumps

4b. Burpee to Jumping knee tucks
