Workout – Do all the workouts back to back, no rests. (Unless needed)
**Equipment Needed** None, if you do jumping without a rope.
1a. Push ups
2a. Squat Jumps
3a. Burpee to Jumping knee tucks
No rest (Unless Needed)
45 second exercises
1b. Jump rope
2b. Push ups
3b. Squat Jumps
4b. Burpee to Jumping knee tucks
