Gym Workout Cables

This workout is only as hard as you make it. If it doesn’t seem to hard, you would need to add more weight or change your tempo. Enjoy!


Warm upĀ 

10 minute treadmill

Workout – 4 sets of 10 reps. Increase weight as needed each set.

**Equipment Needed** Cable Machine

Cable Bicep Curls x 10

Cable Squatted rows x 10

Cable Bent over lat pull down x 10

Cable Triceps Pull down x 10

Cable dead lifts x 10
