Bed time workout

This workout can be done right before bed. It’s easy to do and doesn’t take forever.

Warm up

2 sets Jog in place 30 seconds

2 sets Jumping Jacks 30 seconds

Workout – 45/15secs x 3

**Equipment Needed** None

Push ups

Sitting knee tucks

Mountain climbers

90/90 crunches


Air Squats

45 seconds working out and 15 seconds resting, 3 sets. I ended this one on Air squats, so you are already standing to go a brush your teeth. Don’t be gross. I’m kidding, hope you enjoy!
