These are only a few tips, that could help reduce weight gain before it is too late. You can start to do these tips any time to assist with losing weight and getting to the best you.
Tip #1 Start wake up earlier
Make sure you are getting enough sleep first of all, but try not to oversleep. You need about 7-9 hours of sleep each night. I go for at least 7, this helps you body recover if you exercise regularly. Also getting up early getting your day started will help you burn more calories in a day. Get up, walk around, get chores done, better yet, GO EXERCISE!
Tip #2 Skip Breakfast
This is done with what is called intermittent fasting. Which you fast for 16 hours and have a 8 hour window for eating. Best reasons for this would be that it lowers insulin level in the blood which helps with fat burning.
Tip #3 Eat breakfast
I know this one contradicts tip #2 but hear me out. If you do choose to eat breakfast, eat a good breakfast that is high in fiber and protein. Eat eggs, oatmeal, fruits, no sugary cereal.
Tip #4 Get rid of snacks and soda
Stop drinking soda, stop eating sugary snacks. I think this one is a given if you are on the path of losing weight. Look at the label of snacks and check the sugar content of them, it’s really eye opening.
Tip #5 Reduce the time you are on electronics
Try to not be a couch potato or a cyber pirate all day long, get up. Stretch. Move. Do something else, at least for a few minutes, get the blood flowing. Walking your dog, your cat, yourself, you know whatever. Just get up, and do something else, for a while.
Tip #6 PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Exercise. Period. Well, not just exercise, go outside play basketball, run around with the kids. Do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week, This will greatly increase your fitness level and fat burning ability.
