Bedtime workout #2 Bedtime booty.

Another bedtime workout you can do right before bed. But this one is more for your glutes.

Warm up – 3 sets of each

  1. Jumping jacks x 10
  2. Squat jumps x 10
  3. Switch Lunges x 10

Workout – 45 seconds each exercise with a 10 second rest. 3 sets.

  1. Donkey Kicks
  2. Deep air squats
  3. Glute bridges
  4. Ice skaters
  5. Fire Hydrants

Rest 1:00 minute

Repeat for 3 sets.
