Easy Body weight Workout

This workout uses basic movements, if you need any help with any of the workouts in the list please don’t be afraid to ask. I’m here to help. Enjoy!

 

Warm up – 3 rounds

  1. Straight Arm Jacks x 10
  2. Pogo Jumps x 40
  3. Lunges x 10

Workout – 10 rounds

  1. Squats x 10
  2. Sit ups x 10
  3. Push ups x 10

Rest for 30 seconds if needed. Repeat.
