This workout can be done at home if you have the equipment or done at a gym.
- Jumping Jacks x 20
- Squat Jumps x 20
- Lunges x 20
Workout – Super-set 1:00 minute rounds. 1:00 minute round break between super-set.
**Equipment needed** Bench Press, dumbells, Leg press machine.
- Bench Press
- Push up
- Bicep Curl
- Triceps Kickback
- Leg press machine
- Wall squats
