Weight loss workout

With this workout, you start on a high number “50” and go down by 10’s when you get to 10 the numbers start going up by 10 until you are back at 50.

Warm up 3 sets

  1. Pogo Jumps x 50
  2. Jumping jacks x 10
  3. Lunges

Workout – Pyramid Style workout. 

  • 50 Jumping Jacks
  • 40 Crunches
  • 30 Push ups
  • 20 Jumping Knee Tuck
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Knee Tucks
  • 30 Shoulder taps
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 50 Criss cross jacks

 

Don’t forget to stretch and Hydrate! Drink water!
