This workout is good for weight loss and muscle gain, the workouts are easy to do, but will be tough. You can do it though! Don’t give up! Never give up!
- Jog in place 10 minutes
Workout – 50 each exercise
- Squat pulses
- Forward lunges
- Lunge pulses
- Push ups
- Eccentric push ups
- Half Burpees
Don’t forget to stretch and Hydrate! Drink water!
