This workout involves superset, doing 2 exercises back to back without a break. Supersets are a great tool for building muscle.

Warm up – 3 sets
Rower 500 meters
Workout – 3 sets of each superset exercises
- 1a.) Supine dumbbell bicep curls on inclined bench
- 1b.) Supine dumbbell Tricep inclined extensions
- 2a.) Prone dumbbell bicep curls on inclined bench
- 2b.) Prone dumbbell rows on inclined bench
- 3a.) Barbell thrusters
- 3b.) Wall balls
