This ab workout can be done right before bed or before you shower. You only need enough room to lay down on the floor to do this workout. Feel free to link this workout or share it on your site.

Warm up – 3 sets of each exercise
- High knees x 20
- Butt kickers x 20
- Jumping Jacks x 10
- Jumping knee tucks x 10
Workout – 30 seconds working out /10 seconds rest x 4 sets
- Mountain Climbers
- Twisting pistons
- Leg raise circles
- Burpee jacks
- Plank (no rest, try to go all 4 sets, 160 seconds if you can. If you drop get back up as fast as possible.)
