This workout can be done outdoors or indoors (modify to do it in place). This one is really fun and tiring, it is definitely worth a try. Especially if you want to get a tan, sweat, and have fun all at the same time. A great idea is to bring someone with you and challenge each other to work harder, I brought my wife. Have fun everyone!

Warm up – 3 sets of each
- Jumping Jacks x 10
- Pogo jumps x 50
- Mountain climbers x 20
Workout – Find a distance you can make it to from where you are, make that a target for the distance of the exercise.
- Walking lunges
- Side shuffles Left side
- Side shuffles Right side
- 50 Squats
- Light jog
- Carioca Left side
- Carioca Right side
- 25 Push ups
- 6 Hill Repeats (If there is a hill nearby, if not perform 30 yard sprints or run in place quickly for 30 secs.)
Don’t forget to stretch and Hydrate! Drink water!
