Warm up – 30 seconds each done consecutively.
- Knee to chests
- Heel to butt
- High kicks
- High knees
- Butt kickers
Workout – 30 seconds working out / 15 seconds rest 4 sets in a row each
- Sumo Squats
- Jumping jacks
- Push ups
- Squat jumps
- Twisting Pistons
- Inch worms
- Half Burpees
