Fat burn bodyweight workout

This workout is quick and easy and the best part is that you don’t need any equipment to accomplish it. Have fun with it, stay fit, and comment below if you have any questions.


Warm up – 30 seconds each done consecutively.

  1. Knee to chests
  2. Heel to butt
  3. Lunges
  4. High kicks
  5. High knees
  6. Butt kickers

Workout – 30 seconds working out / 15 seconds rest 4 sets in a row each

  1. Sumo Squats
  2. Jumping jacks
  3. Push ups
  4. Squat jumps
  5. Twisting Pistons
  6. Inch worms
  7. Half Burpees


Don’t forget to stretch and Hydrate! Drink water!
