This workout is easy to do and you can go at your own pace, you can go as slow or as fast as you would like to go. It’s an AMRAP meaning “As Many Rounds As Possible” if you go fast enough, and you finish the workout then you will start all over again until time runs out. - 10 Minutes of treadmill
Workout – AMRAP 30mins, 25 reps (As many rounds as possible)
Equipment needed – Kettlebell
- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell Thrusters
- Jumping Jacks
- Push ups
- Squat jumps
- Burpee with forward lunges on both sides (Instead of jump)
Rest when you need to, and stay hydrated!
