Weight loss workout #3 (No equipment needed)

This High Intense Interval Training workout can be done by anyone anywhere, it’s easy to do, if you have any questions let me know. Warm up – 3 sets of each exercise

  1. Pogo jumps x 50
  2. Air squats x 20
  3. Forward lunges x 10 each side

Workout – 45/15 x 4 rounds HIIT training.

  1. High knees
  2. Squat jumps
  3. Shoulder taps
  4. Push ups
  5. Bicycle crunches
  6. Plank
  7. Half burpees
