Stubborn belly fat ab workout #2

I do these so that I may inspire someone that doesn’t know what different exercises to do (Or just anyone for that matter), if there is any way I can help further please let me know. Enjoy!

Warm up

None, I would do this as a follow up to a workout. Feel free to try any of my other workouts before doing this as an ab blaster to better strengthen your mid section.

Workout – Do 2 rounds in a circuit fashion.

  1. Hands back tucks
  2. Marching Planks
  3. L side plank arm lifts
  4. R side plank arm lifts
  5. Short break
  6. Seated ab circles
  7. Seated ab circles
  8. 90 degree leg crunches
  9. Russian twists

Don’t forget to hydrate and rest more if needed! Take care of yourself.
