Just move: Fat burner workout!

This workout has easy movements for beginners. I make these workouts for anyone looking for something to do that’s a bit different. But not too difficult. If you are looking for workouts that are harder let me know and I can make it happen. Have fun with this one.

Warm up – 2 sets of each

  1. Jog in place 30 secs
  2. High knees 30 secs
  3. Butt kickers 30 secs
  4. Jumping Jacks 30 secs

Workout – 45/15secs x 4 rounds

  1. Push ups
  2. Squats
  3. Dead lifts (No weight)
  4. Spider man Push ups
  5. Squat jumps
  6. Burpees

 

Don’t forget to hydrate and rest more if needed! Take care of yourself.
