Question! Answer in the comments!

I know my blog and site is geared towards weight loss, but i’m personally trying gain some lean muscle mass. And I was thinking that maybe I could show progressions in my blogs, if anyone is interested in knowing how to gain muscle mass please let me know and I will try to document my journey as much as possible. The good thing about this, is that gaining more lean muscle mass technically burns more fat also, this is done by raising your resting metabolic rate. More lean muscle mass = Increased fat burn.
