This is a easy to do workout that will keep you from walking around in circles wondering what to do. If you have any questions on how to do any of the exercises, let me know if the comments and i’ll give more details.
Warm up – 10 minutes
Treadmill or Elliptical
Workout – 10 reps, 4 sets. Supersets, do exercises 1 and 2 then take a short rest. Ending on burpees.
- Bicep curl machine – 70% max
- Air squats
- Chest press machine- 70% max
- Push ups
- Row machine – 70% max
- Row machine one hand at a time- 40% max
Don’t forget to hydrate and rest more if needed! Take care of yourself.
