Fun at home boxing-style weight loss workout

This workout will keep you moving and is boxing oriented. Shadow boxing can be really fun, just pretend you are punch someone you don’t like! Just kidding, unless that helps! lol. You do all exercises 1-8 and then do it again 4 times. Have fun!

Warm up – 4 sets, of 1 minute rounds.

Jump rope skipping (With or without rope)

Workout – Circuit, 15 reps, 4 sets each exercise

  1. 30 seconds of Shadow boxing
  2. Squat
  3. 30 seconds of shadow boxing
  4. Switch lunges
  5. 30 seconds of shadow boxing
  6. Push ups 
  7. 30 seconds of shadow boxing
  8. Rest

 

Don’t forget to hydrate and rest more if needed! Take care of yourself.
