Quick and Easy Home Workout

First off, i’m sorry I’ve been really busy and unable to update the workouts. I’ve been studying and working like crazy. Glad i’m back though! Hope you all enjoy this workout. I like to do quick workouts personally, the kind that makes you sweat and feel like you worked out. What kind of workouts do you guys enjoy?

 

Warm up – 3 Sets of each

  • Jump rope (No rope) – 30 Seconds
  • Straight Arm Jacks – 10 reps
  • Deep Squats – 10 reps (Slow Tempo)

 

Workout – Circuit style, do all workouts back to back before taking a break unless you need to take extra breaks. 

30 seconds each, no breaks. 3-5 rounds.

  • Push ups
  • Squat Jumps
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Sit ups
  • Half Burpees

 

Don’t forget to hydrate and rest more if needed! Take care of yourself.
