This is a workout that I did last night before bed, I was dying after I as done, I used 40lbs dumbbells, you don’t have to use as much weight. You could use cans of soup if you have to. Let me know if you enjoyed this workout.
- 3 sets of Jumping jack x 10
- 3 sets of Pogo Jumps x 50
- 3 sets of Lunges x 20
- 3 sets of Air squats x 10
Workout – This workout is a Ladder style workout, meaning. there’s 2 exercises exercise 1 will be done 10 times and exercise 2 will be done 1 time in round one. In round 2 exercise 1 will be done 9 time and exercise 2 will be done 2 times and so on. All you’re doing is keep count and not giving up.
- Dumbbell thrusters x 10 – 1
- Dumbbell deadlifts x 1 – 10
- Push ups x 10 – 1
- Squat jumps x 1 – 10
