Coach Martin holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

Dr. Stevie, equipped with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializes in proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and is recognized as a Neurologic Certified Specialist.

Rest assured, our extensive expertise makes us well-equipped to guide you effectively towards accomplishing your fitness objectives.

I don't have a lot of experience with any exercise, will this work for me?

Absolutely! Prior exercise experience is not a requirement to achieve successful results through our approach. Our programs are meticulously tailored to your individual fitness level, making them particularly suitable for individuals new to working out. Our app provides detailed video instructions for each exercise, along with suitable modifications tailored to each participant.

I have an injury, and/or limitations, will I be able to do the workouts?

Absolutely, we're well-equipped to address various limitations or prior injuries that our clients may have. Our certified Personal Trainers possess the expertise to modify workouts to accommodate these conditions. In instances where it's appropriate, we can even introduce corrective exercises aimed at strengthening and rehabilitating specific injuries.

It's worth noting that for any medical concerns or questions related to a particular medical condition, we strongly advise seeking guidance from your physician or another qualified healthcare provider. Your well-being and safety are of paramount importance to us.

 

Will I need any equipment if I want to train?

In our Virtual Training program, equipment isn't a prerequisite as our workouts are designed based on what you have available. We tailor the routines to suit your specific resources. If you do have equipment on hand, it will seamlessly be integrated into your workout plan.

For our pre-made programs, the need for equipment varies based on the specific program. If a program requires equipment, that requirement remains unchanged.

If you're new to working out and seek comprehensive guidance, I recommend beginning with our Virtual Training. This option ensures you have a dedicated coach accompanying you throughout your fitness journey, offering personalized assistance at every stage.

How much does it cost?

We offer a range of options to suit your preferences:

  • Our flagship comprehensive program, encompassing all aspects of our offerings, is available for $199.
  • If you're primarily interested in tailored workout routines, you can opt for our customized workouts package at $149.
  • For those seeking dedicated nutrition assistance, we provide a standalone nutrition program at $99.

How long are the workouts?

Rest assured, we'll tailor the workouts to suit your needs and maximize your progress within your available time frame.

Do you provide nutrition assistance?

Absolutely, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support. Our trainers are well-versed in offering nutritional guidance tailored to your specific goals and dietary preferences. Rest assured, our commitment extends beyond workouts to ensure you receive well-rounded assistance in achieving your fitness objectives through a balanced approach that includes nutrition.

When will I see results?
