  • Optimized workout programs, including order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo, and rest periods.

Motivation and Accountability

  • Weekly updates make sure that your program is on track.
  • App access to track diets.
  • Video chat and/or send videos to me for form analysis.

These are available to members of Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania that are interested in in-home or at a location (i.e. park, backyard or somewhere outdoors.) I will drive to your location and provide equipment for the duration of the workout.

In-home or location based training

  • Training will be held at almost any location, home, park, outdoors, any open area.
  • Equipment needed to get you to your goal will be provided, you will not need to buy or have equipment already.
  • No gym membership is required, we could reach any goal of gaining muscle or losing weight without the need to leave your home.

  • Trainer provided motivation and accountability.
  • Motivation according to what you need to go that extra mile.
