Remember when you are trying to lose weight and calculating calories, calories lost from exercise does not mean you can eat more food.

Don’t fill the extra deficit from exercise with more calories.

On MyFitnessPal you can make it so exercise doesn’t add more calories to your overall calorie count.

Figure out how many calories you should be eating before going into any calorie deficit.

Always ask for help if you are unsure of your personal maintenance calories. Everyone is different. And your calories will change for many reasons; Age, height, weight, and activity levels are just some of the factors that play a role in your maintenance calories. So unless all of these factors are the same as someone else, why would you eat the same amount of food?
